Applying for Transfer Admission
To ensure that your official transcripts and other supporting documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner,
please include the appropriate Document ID Sheet with all documents you submit in support of your application.

- A completed Apply Texas Application. Apply online at www.applytexas.org.
- A nonrefundable processing fee or fee waiver $60 for domestic applicants or $75 for international applicants. Credit card payments will be charged a nonrefundable transaction fee in addition to the processing fee. Fee waiver requests must include documentation of need from a financial aid advisor at your current institution. International applicants are not eligible for fee waivers.
- Official college transcript(s) Transcripts must be mailed in a sealed school envelope or submitted electronically from each institution attended. College work from one institution posted on the transcript of another institution is not acceptable. Faxed copies will not be accepted. A college transcript for dual credit coursework earned in high school must also be provided.
- Official high school transcript(s) With graduation date in a sealed school envelope. To be considered official, a transcript must have an original signature of a school official or an original school seal. Faxed, scanned or e-mailed copies will not be accepted.
- Essay Topic A - Statement of Purpose
- Copy of permanent resident card (if applicable)
- Senate Bill 1528 Affidavit (if applicable)
