From Hempstead (Houston): Coming north on Highway 6.
Take Business 6 (left exit) onto Texas Avenue. Turn left onto George Bush Drive. Turn right onto Houston Street. Ahead on the right is the entrance to the University Center Parking Garage. The Koldus Building is attached to the garage (corner of Houston Street and Joe Routt Boulevard).

From Waco: Coming south on Highway 6.
Take exit for Texas A&M University onto University Drive (right exit). Turn left onto Texas Avenue. Turn right onto George Bush Drive. Turn right onto Houston Street.
