From the North-Northwest (Del Rio, TX):
Follow I-35 South. Take Exit #3B, and merge onto San Bernardo Avenue toward I-35 Business/Mann Road.
Turn left at West Mann Road. Turn right at Northgate Lane. Turn right at Esperanza Drive. Turn left at Northgate Lane. Turn left at Calle del Norte. Enter the Fountain Shopping Centre immediately to your right.

From the South (Zapata, TX):
From Highway 83 North, turn right at intersection of Highway 83 and Loop 20 (Northwest). Turn left at Jacaman Road. Turn left at McPherson Road. Turn right at Calle del Norte; keep driving for about 4 blocks, still following Calle del Norte. After you cross the intersection with Springfield, enter the Fountain Shopping Centre to the left through the second entrance.

From the East (Freer, TX):
From Highway 59, take a right at the intersection of Loop 20 and Highway 59. Merge onto Loop 20 (North). Turn right at Jacaman Road. Turn left at McPherson Road. Take a right at Calle del Norte. Follow Calle del Norte for about 4 blocks. Enter the Fountain Shopping Centre through the second entrance.

West:
Due to the location of the city along the international border, travelers from the West would follow the same directions as travelers coming from the North.
