From George Bush Intercontinental Airport:
Turn left (South) onto JFK Boulevard. Keep right onto ramp toward Hardy Toll Road, and merge onto Hardy Toll West. Keep straight onto ramp toward I-45/Hardy Toll Road/Beltway 8/Downtown; merge onto Hardy Toll South. Keep right onto ramp toward I-610/Hardy Street.
Take ramp (right) onto I-610. At Exit 14, take the Ella Boulevard Exit. Turn left (South) under the freeway; and then immediately turn left (East) onto the North Loop Freeway West feeder street. The Houston Regional PSC will be on your right.

From Hobby Airport:
Take ramp onto Broadway Street. Bear left on Gulf Freeway Service Road. Take ramp (left) onto I-45 North. Drive approximately 11 miles. Take ramp onto I-610. Take ramp onto North Loop West.
Take the Ella Boulevard Exit. Turn left (South) under the freeway, and then immediately turn left (East) onto the North Loop Freeway West feeder street. The Houston Regional PSC will be on your right.
