Special Summer Programs
(Transient Students)

Definition: Applicants who:

• wish to take specific undergraduate course work
• do not wish to pursue a degree at Texas A&M
• wish to take classes during the summer term only (summer session I, II or 10 week session)

Requirements:

1. Transcript A complete, official transcript showing high school graduation or the highest and latest collegiate course work attempted or completed
2. Application Fee A nonrefundable $60 Application fee
3. Application A completed Apply Texas Application via paper (Part I only) or Special Summer Program Application. This special application is to be completed and mailed/delivered to the appropriate sponsor.
4. Essay A statement explaining why enrollment at Texas A&M is desired and what courses the applicant intends to take.
