Tracking your Application

You can now track your application through the Admissions process!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your application and credentials to be processed. Processing time may be longer for applicants submitting credentials within two weeks of the admission closing date. Once you apply, you will receive a University Identification Number (UIN) and instructions from our office on how to check your application status online at applicant.tamu.edu. Submit your credentials early for verification of receipt. It is critical that you monitor the status of your application file throughout the application process and that you contact the Office of Admissions if you note any discrepancies. The student has the ultimate responsibility to ensure receipt and accuracy of all credentials.

If you have not submitted an admissions application to Texas A&M University and would like to do so, visit www.applytexas.org to complete and submit an Apply Texas Application for Admissions.

Notification of Admission Decision

Admission decisions are made throughout the application period, and applicants will be notified as soon as possible. A final decision will be announced in early December for spring admission and early April for summer or fall admission.

Notification of Admission Decision for an International Student

Applicants for spring term should expect a decision in September; applicants for summer term should expect a decision in January; and applicants for fall term should expect a decision in April. To check the status of your application, visit applicant.tamu.edu.
