Tips for Applying



High School Coursework

It is recommended that applicants go above and beyond the minimum required and recommended coursework during their high school career. The minimum required coursework includes: 4 years English, 3.5 years of Mathematics (Algebra I and II, Geometry, and 1/2 unit of advanced math), and 3 years of Science (at least two courses selected from Biology I, Chemistry I, Physics I). We also recommend 2 years of the same foreign language. Statistics: 53% of the Incoming Fall Freshman Class were in the Top 10% of their High School Graduating Class, 85% were in the Top 25% of their High School Graduating Class, and 99% were in the Top 50% of High School Graduating Class.
