Beginning September 1, 2000, authorized individuals in the colleges and academic
departments gained access to SIMS screen 158, Departmental Q-Drop, enabling them
to Q-drop courses for students whose primary major is within their college/department.
Advisors and advising office staff with existing SIMS access who need access to
Screen 158, Departmental Q-Drop, must complete the following:
- Submit a SIMS Access Request Form approved by their academic college to the Office
of the Registrar.
- Receive training on use of Screen 158, Departmental Q-Drop by the designated Office
of the Registrar representative. Contact Barbara West at 845-1076 to schedule your
training.
An
AOC approved form
is available for intra-departmental use.
Training arranged as needed.
