If you are enrolled in courses at an institution other than Texas A&M University or Texas A&M University at Galveston in the semester in which you have applied for graduation, you must submit proof of enrollment to the Degree Audit Office. The proof can be hand delivered to the General Services Complex, Suite 1501 or faxed to 979-845-0727.

Proof of enrollment must be from the institution in which you are enrolled and must include the following:

• Your name
• The course name and number
• The institutions name

Emails are not acceptable forms of proof of enrollment. The deadline to submit proof of enrollment is the same deadline as the Q-drop deadline, which can be found on the academic calendar.
